Ahmet Nihat Emeksiz, the founding partner, ranked first in Turkey in the 2015 YKS exam and started his education at Galatasaray University Faculty of Law. In 2020, Mr. Emeksiz graduated from the Faculty of Law and worked on commercial law, construction law and arbitration law. He has been involved in the conduct of cases before many institutions such as ICC, SIAC, LCIA, AAA and ISTAC.
Mr. Emeksiz established Emeksiz Law and Consultancy Firm in November 2022 and has been practicing in the fields of law of obligations, commercial law, construction law, enforcement law, labor law and arbitration. He also studied international relations and is currently pursuing his master's degree in private law at Istanbul University.
